Thank you for shopping with Steelbed Outfitters (a DBA of ATS Carriers, Inc.). This policy outlines how we handle shipping for all orders placed through our website.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-fit and made-to-order products may require 3–7 business days before shipment. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
 We ship within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Some oversized items (such as truck bed covers and cargo management systems) may incur additional freight charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
Freight and Oversized Items
Certain large or heavy items are shipped via freight carrier. For freight shipments, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Steelbed Outfitters is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after an order has shipped may incur additional charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Steelbed Outfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scottandre563@gmail.com or 407-808-3751. We will work with you to file a claim or arrange a replacement.
